Following their acquisition of the Juicy Couture (JC) licence, the FF Group asked us to conduct a confidential search for a Head of International Sales to improve the distribution strategy and open new markets following a change in brand direction.

The ideal candidate need to have a high level of UK and international sales experience, particularly in department stores, as well as strategic long term key account capabilities. As he/she would be heading up a small but rapidly expanding team  they would also need man management and leadership skills.

By far the biggest challenge for G&Y was changing people’s perceptions of Juicy and promoting the FF Group as a company which offered longer term career development.

From a strong short-list the client selected a Sales Manager from a hugely successful fashion brand with strong UK and international experience and mostly importantly, a strong passion and vision for how the Juicy Couture brand can develop. She settled quickly into the Group and has delivered results which have exceeded expectations.
